For each meet, swimmers are required to RSVP by 7 days before the meet. Click on the GREEN button for meet entry to respond for each of your swimmers. (You must be signed into the website).

Coaches will create the meet entries based off these RSVP responses. If you already know you will be out of town, please respond NOW for those meets. When swimmers don’t accurately respond it may result in your swimmer not being entered into the meet OR it may cause your swimmer to bump others who would’ve been eligible to swim in a specific event or relay.

For each away meet we have 25 volunteer shifts to fill. For each home meet we have 50. With only 60 families on the team, it will be essential that all families sign up for at least one shift at all home meets that your swimmer is in attendance. We require a minimum of 4 shifts to be worked to be exempt from the $200 volunteer fee. However, if your swimmer is in attendance, you may be called on to fill a shift even if you don’t sign up. Many hands make light work!  These meets and our team are staffed by parent volunteers.

Volunteer sign ups will be open starting at 7:00am tomorrow (May 23).  A job sign up button will appear next to each meet under CALENDAR. (Same place you RSVP) Mary Beth Durham has agreed to be our volunteer coordinator and monitor sign ups.  Look for more information about meet check in prior to our first meet.

Each volunteer assignment has a brief description and for most jobs you can select 1st half or 2nd half.  8 and under swimmers are typically done in the first half.

Volunteer shifts are not required for families which only have swimmers in lessons.

Morning Practice Schedule *swimmers are to practice with their designated age groups.  We will have practice Thursday and Friday morning this week and Tuesday-Friday next week.  

7:30-8:15am ages 13 and up

8:15-9am age 11-12

9-9:45am age 9-10

9:45-10:30am age 7-8

9:45-10:15am ages 6 and under (stronger swimmers can stay until 10:30)

10:30-11am Non-swimmers/lessons (Begins Tuesday, May 28. No lessons on Fridays)

Team Pictures

In lieu of practice, team pictures will be taken on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. All age groups are to report at 8:30am. Lesson only swimmers are also welcome at pictures.  Team and individual pictures (optional) will be taken.  Swimmers who registered prior to first practice will receive their team shirt that morning. After pictures, coach will run a few races as a mock meet. We will need parents to help with timing. Lessons will still be held at 10:30a
