Heat Sheets for Monday are attached and on the website/app.  IF you subscribe to meet mobile (club swimmers) it is published and active.

We have the first warm-up on Monday, so all swimmers should plan to arrive by 5pm. 

Please bring soda donations to Monday morning practice so we can have them iced up and cold!

The current forecast for Monday is questionable.  We respectfully request that you refrain from washing your car, as we all know that brings on the rain! 

We wish all of our swim Dads a very Happy Father's Day!!! You all do so much for our team and we are so thankful.

Our team desperately needs more stroke and turn judges!  Please consider volunteering next year, our poor judges now work every meet, many hands make light work.
