Heat Sheet is attached and posted on the website. 

We start setting up at 4pm.  Please consider coming early (and securing a close parking spot) and assisting with deck set up.  Swimmers should be on deck by 5pm.

We have a few volunteer spots open, including stroke and turn judge.  Please take a minute to look at your assignment. (Via the Calendar)  If you haven't already, please select a position.  A minimum of 4 shifts are required for all families.  **Families who have only lesson swimmers who moved up mid-season are exempt, however, if you have time or the ability we would be happy to have your help!**

Fun Friday:  Mrs. Cochran has planned another great team spirit event for Friday.  This week swimmers can Tie Dye T-Shirts!!  Bring your own shirt.  Fun Friday starts at 10am and will included donut snack (not a meal) and ribbon awards from this weeks meets.  All swimmers are welcome to participate in open pool swim, parental supervision is required.
