Waverunners! 

We did it, the storms held off and we were able to have a successful first meet & time trial! A HUGE thank you to all of our volunteers, everything ran smoothly thanks to all of you! It really makes a huge difference when everyone does their part. We are so proud of our Waverunners, they all swam with great effort and learned a lot today. I have attached the results from the meet, which can also be accessed for your individual swimmers through the Swimtopia app. If there was a DQ, coaches will address it and work with those swimmers this week at practice. 

We are not doing ribbons this week, but that is typically what we hand out at Fun Friday. We will be at the pool from 10 AM - 12 PM tomorrow for Fun Friday, which is just a free swim time to hang out and enjoy some Kona Ice. Kona Ice does charge and accepts credit cards and cash.

Please Note: If you are the parent of an 11-12 or a 13-14 swimmer, we are having a parent meeting during fun Friday to quickly discuss practice times. Everyone else please follow the practice times previously posted from here on out:

• 7:15 - 15 & Up
• 10:15 - 9-10
• 11:00 - 7-8
• 11:30 - 6 & Unders

We are asking that moving forward for the next 4 meets, everyone RSVP and sign up to volunteer for the next week's meet by Sunday. So please make sure to RSVP for our first away meet against the Snellville SuperSonics. This will be a full meet with all four strokes, long-distance swims, and relays. More information and logistics will be available next week via email. 

As far as volunteering goes, our expectation is that every family volunteers for 4 meets.
