Waverunners,

I have attached the updated (correct) heat sheet & our league sponsors. The Snellville Supersonics have asked that we move the meet up by 15 minutes in order to get done at a decent time. Please reference the timeline below:

• 5:30 Gates Open to all swimmers and families. (please have your swimmers dressed prior to the meet and ready to go!)
• 5:35 - 5:45 Snellville Warmup 10 and under (report behind the blocks)
• 5:45 - 5:55 Snellville Warmup 11 and up (report behind the blocks)
• 6:00 - 6:20 Away Team warmups
• 6:10 - Volunteers check in with Marybeth Durham at the staging pole
• 6:20 Events 1-7 report to the bullpen for staging. (Backstroke swimmers)
• 6:25 Bubble Heat
• 6:30 Meet Start

The heat sheet (with the timeline) has the remaining timeline! We should run pretty close to the timeline on the heat sheet once we get moving! Please make sure you report to bullpen based on the event number on the sign near the chairs. The sign by the pool deck will indicate the event number that the kids are swimming.

Relays: All swimmers please check with coaches prior to leaving to make sure we do not need you for a relay! Especially if you are already scheduled for one, we need you there!

Please also be aware of how many people you bring tonight to watch the meet. We have 115 swimmers in the meet tonight and the other team has just over 90. The pool deck is a super busy place tonight! We want everyone to enjoy the meet and have fun.

I will mark with a yellow line a safety lane for the coaches to get around the pool. Please do not sit in front of the yellow line. If a swimmer needs assistance in the water, we need to be able to get to them. We can run faster than we can swim.

We will have a DJ tonight and concessions! Have FUN :)
