Picture Day & Meet #3 RSVP
Waverunners,
Once again we are so proud of each of our swimmers & grateful to our volunteers & parents for a successful swim meet last night! This is a reminder to RSVP and sign up to work our first official home meet since 2019! Remember that you have to option to say what your swimmers would like to swim, but Coach Jenna & Ally have final say and will communicate if there needs to be a change. As far as job signups, remember you must do 4 shifts this season, which means you should be able to do 2 jobs per meet and be done after two meets. We are glad to have your help at every meet, but that is the minimum requirement :). A quick note on bullpen & staging volunteers, please make sure you stay for the duration of your shift. Marybeth Durham works very hard to make sure all meet volunteer shifts are filled and works with folks at the meet to make sure they are well trained and prepared!
**If you did not get a chance to pick up your team shirt and swim cap, please pick it up at practice this week from Coach Jenna & Ally**
Picture Day
We will have our picture day on Friday, 06/10 prior to Fun Friday from 9-10 AM. For those swimmers who want individual pictures, please arrive between 9-30 AM as we will have our group shots around 9:40 AM. Our wonderful & longtime Waverunner dad Mr. Warren Cameron is our team photographer and does have options to purchase pictures once the proofs are released. Please RSVP for picture day so we can know about how many people to expect to make it a smoothly-ran event.
Meet Theme - Swim Through The Decades!
Our amazing swim mom & spirit coordinator Laine Cochran has done an awesome job in setting up meet themes for each of our home meets this year! Please see the attached flyer for our meet to see just what swimming through the decades is all about! Special shout-out to our jack of all trades John Durham for bringing the music & being the DJ for this meet!
I will send out a follow-up email on Tuesday with any reminders for our home meet, thank you all so much for your cooperation & involvement! Go Waverunners!
