We had a blast tonight at our end-of-the-year celebration! We will have a pick-up date in late July for those who need to pick up any awards. 

On behalf of the coaches and our board, I would like to thank each of you for trusting us with your swimmers. Our team's and individual successes are a true reflection of your hard work and dedication!

Grayson Swim Club

Coach Jenna and I own and run the Grayson Swim Club, a competitive exhibition swim team for swimmers in 5th-8th grade from October-December. It is not actually tied to any middle school, so anyone in that age range can join. Here are the details:

• Cost: $260 during July registration, $285 in August
• Duration: October-December
• Practices: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (no holidays)
  • Location: Swim Atlanta Sugarloaf
  • Time: 8:15 PM
• Meets: 4 meets - 1 invitational, 3 meets. (November/December on weekends)
  • Invitational is at Westminster School, meets at are Gwinnett County Parks
• Format: High School meet format with longer distances
  • Purpose: to prepare swimmers to swim at competition & high school level

Swim Atlanta - Sugarloaf

While the Grayson Swim Club is a good exhibition swim club to do if you are in other sports, want to get ready for high school swim, stay in swim shape, or want a limited year-round swim experience, many of you truly have the ability to join a year-round program. We highly recommend Swim Atlanta-Sugarloaf. All four of our kids swim there, and they have greatly benefitted from their program. We have many swimmers who do both Swim Atlanta and the Grayson Swim Club, practicing with Swim Atlanta and competing with us on the middle school team. I have attached their evaluation dates and a link to get more information on pricing. Make sure to let me know if you choose to go that route so I can let them know you come from Waterton!
