Here is the info for tomorrow along with the heat sheet!

Heat Sheet

Theme: Red, White, & Blue!

Pool Location: 1658 Rivermist Dr, Lilburn

Times:

• Pool deck will be opened to families and swimmers at 5:00pm. Gates are locked for setup until 5pm.
• Report time: 5:00 PM
• Visiting Team Warm-ups to begin at 5:25pm
• Timer, Stroke and Turn Meetings between 5:30/5:45pm
• We will run a bubble heat for any swimmers needing coach assistance. The announcer will call for those swimmers just before 6pm. Your littles are invited to participate and should just head to the blocks when you hear the announcement for bubble heat.
• Meet to begin at 6:00pm

Parking:

• Swimmer families should park in the lot surrounding the tennis courts and pool area first.
• Then fill the grass lot entering off of Stonelake Trail.
• Street parking is also available - please obey signage and make sure to park on only 1 side of the street.
• Do not park on the grass lot that is before the clubhouse entrance. This is private property.

Visitor Seating:

• General visitor seating will be on the lake side of the pool. There is space for tents there as well. Spectators should bring their own chairs.

Staging:

• Staging is near the diving boards with our staging lead located under the blue tent.
• Bullpen for visiting team will be by the kiddie pool
• The event staging sign will be in that area for your swimmers to monitor

Concessions:

• Concession will open around 5pm.
• We offer dinner items like pizza, hot dogs, BBQ sandwiches, baked potatoes, and pot stickers as well as sides, snacks and drinks.
• Coaches may enjoy a complimentary combo meal.
• Cash and credit cards are accepted.
• Our deck can accommodate small personal coolers, but please ask your team to not bring large coolers. No glass or alcohol
