I am leaving these numbers here should you run into any questions or situations at county. Please note, we will both be on deck: Coach Jenna is in charge of all of our swimmers, and I am the VP of the swim league and will be running around making sure all is good to go :). Don’t be shy to text me multiple times if I don’t answer right away

I have updated reporting times & warm-up times for our Waverunners! As always, please read this email in its entirety. (Volunteers, I sent you over your arrival schedule and safe sport waiver earlier, please read that email as well).

We will have your swimmer’s pre-orders, county shirts (fingers crossed they are ready), county gift (again, hoping they are done on time), and county caps at breakfast on Thursday!

The schedule below mentions reporting and warm up times. It is important to have your swimmers there by the reporting time so we can get them down on deck with us and ready for warmups. WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING AT THE AQUATIC CENTER WITH A 20 MINUTE CUSHION BEFORE REPORTING TIME! If you prepaid for parking, you should be good with a short walk. See parking section below for more details.

County Procedures:

• No parents are allowed on deck, see Process below
• If you are a volunteer, check in when you first walk into the building to receive your deck pass and directions. I’ll have our stopwatches for our timers 
• Swimmers must have all of their gear with them. This includes bag, towels, hydration, snacks, swim cap, goggles, etc.
• Once swimmers are done with their events, they will be dismissed to go to their parents. Until they are done with all of their events swimmers must stay on deck with coaches. **Coaches will walk our 10 & Unders back upstairs to their parents when they are done**

Aquatic Center Layout:

• There are three pools once you get into the aquatic center: the scoreboard pool (warm-up/cooldown pool), the main pool (the middle pool where all competition is), and the diving well pool.

• If you prepaid, simply report to the parking deck next to the aquatic center as directed by ParkMobile & scan your QR code.
• If you did not prepay, there is a student center parking lot less than a quarter mile past the aquatic center (red brick parking lot) that allows you to pay for the day of parking. There is also the Ivan Allen Parking Deck nearby, but street parking along the backside of the aquatic center is permit only. 

Process:

• Swimmers arrive at the aquatic center, with their bags packed and swimsuits on
• Walk in past the clothing vendors into the hallway with the booths set up
  • IF YOU ARE 11-18 years old, swimmers walk down to the double doors at the end of the hallway, down the stairs, through the double doors, down the hallways and left onto the pool deck
  • IF YOU ARE 10 & under years old, meet at the Grayson Swim Club table, the coaches will come get you at the reporting time to walk you down to the deck
• Parents find seating (we recommend sections 103 & 203)
• Waterton will have their sign up and be under the small scoreboard directly next to the starting blocks (easy way to find your kiddos)
• There are vending machines and a cafe for spectators, we recommend also bringing some light snacks for yourself. 
• Spectators cannot bring lawn or stadium chairs.

• Report Time: 8:20 AM
• Warmups at 8:50 AM
• Start Time: 9:15AM session concludes at approx. 12:30PM
• This session will begin with an "honorary heat" swum by invited swimmers with disabilities.

Session 3 (SINGLE Session - Ages 13-14)

• Report Time: 2:00 PM
  
• Warm up at 2:30 PM
• Starting Time: 3:15PM session concludes at approx. 6:15PM

Sunday July 14th, 2024

Session 4 (Ages 8 & Under)
