If you are coming to the meet, please consider volunteering!

Its going to be HOT HOT HOT!  It will be important for your swimmers to stay hydrated!  Water is best!  (Same goes for spectators!)  It is also advised that swimmers where shoes on the deck.  

Swimmers should arrive at 4:30!  

Don't forget to RSVP for the swim A thon! The event is tomorrow night!
