We are registering the team roster this Saturday at 9:00am with the Gwinnett County Swim League.  In order for a swimmer to be considered on the swim team, we MUST have original Liability Waivers and Concussion Awareness paperwork signed and turned in for EACH swimmer.  If we do not have this paperwork by Friday, May 16th, we cannot turn it in to the County and your child will not be able to swim on the team. The forms can be printed from the web page, and there will be extras at practice.

In addition, if your swimmer has not been on our swim team or another Gwinnett County swim team last year, we will need to turn in a copy of the original birth certificate to the county. The county will not recognize any swimmer without a birth certificate.

If you have not already turned in these items and need to do so, please turn them in this week at practice along with any outstanding payments due.
