Hello Waverunners!  Registration for the 2014 swim team season will open tomorrow, March 17th.  Please go to the team website to register online.  We'd like to welcome Scott McIntyre as Head Coach this summer.  Scott coaches swimming year round and many of you may know him from Summit Swimming and High School swim teams.  Scott's daughter Morgan McIntyre, and son, Mason McIntyre, will be Assistant Coaches. We are also fortunate to welcome back Natalie Gagnon as Assistant Coach. We are very lucky to have such talented coaches and this will surely be great summer for your swimmer.

You may make payment by credit card, PayPal, or by check.  All checks should be mailed to Jane Miskell at 1871 Shoreline Trace, Grayson, GA 30017 or delivered in person at one of the swim suit fittings.

The liability waiver form required by GCSL is now a two page document and includes a concussion awareness form that must be signed by a parent AND the athlete.  Hmmm. . .we have a lot of very young swimmers don't we?  Yes, this means that even 5 year olds have to sign the concussion awareness form.  If the liability forms are not turned in, your child will not be able to participate.  These waivers may be mailed to Jane Miskell at the address listed above or delivered in person at one of the swim suit fittings.  You will find the liability waiver/concussion awareness forms available for download on the team website in the upper left links corner.

If you need to try on a swim suit for sizing, we will have fittings at the clubhouse on Friday 4/18 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday 4/19 from noon to 3:00 p.m., and Tuesday 4/22 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We will have a New Parent Meeting on Saturday April 19th from 1 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.  This meeting is for NEW parents only.  If you have swum on a Gwinnett County swim team in the past, you do not need to attend.  However, ALL parents are welcome--come by and meet Coach Scott!
