First, I would like to thank you all for your help!  A swim meet , especially a home meet, is an enormous undertaking and we simply cannot do it without you.

Second, every single volunteer slot has been filled for the first half of tonight's meet!  Way to go!  There is so much peace of mind in having the first half, especially, wrapped up like that.

Unfortunately, we have quite a few holes to fill for the second half.  In particular--we need 4 timers for the second half and at least 2 volunteers for bullpen, preferably 3.  We also need more help with concessions, with heat winner awards, with clean up, with staging, and we need a second half verifier.
