Hello to all my wonderful stroke and turn volunteers!  Just want to let you know that we are going to do our half meet assignments a little different thant the other volunteers.  Several of you have already gone online and signed up for all of your 4 half-meets (or at least some of your meets).  We've had problems with folks who are not stroke and turn certified signing up for these volunteer positions.  We went in and assigned all the open slots to either Alaina or Kristy--simply to avoid the confusion of non-certified volunteers filling those spots.

Alaina and Kristy, however, are NOT expected to work these meets!  Their names are place holders and they can fill in for emergencies--but we are trying to keep them free to handle the running of the meet.  Also, while Jon Jurick is stroke and turn certified, he will likewise be occupied with other duties during the meet (bullpen, cough, bullpen--will you ever extricate yourself from that?) and we'd like to keep him free except in an emergency.

So we are going to handle this by e-mail amongst ourselves.  Jennifer Teague, Kristin Jackson, Beth Volpert-Serrero, Margie Peden, and the Moreheads--this is for you!

I've looked at who worked last meet and who is signed up for the rest of the season and these are the holes we need to fill highlighed in BOLD:

5/30--1st half (Kristin Jackson and Beth Volpert-Serrero), 2nd half (Jane Miskell and Margie Peden)

6/6--1st half (Jennifer Teague, NEED VOLUNTEER), 2nd half (Jane Miskell, NEED VOLUNTEER)

6/13--1st half (Jennifer Teague, Beth Volpert-Serrero), 2nd half (Jane Miskell, Morehead)

6/20--1st half (Beth Volpert-Serrero, Kristin Jackson), 2nd half (Jane Miskell, Morehead)

6/27--1st half (Kristin Jackson, Beth Volpert-Serrero), 2nd half (Morehead, NEED VOLUNTEER)

7/2--1st half (Beth Volpert-Serrero, NEED VOLUNTEER), 2nd half (NEED VOLUNTEER, NEED VOLUNTEER)

Not too bad.  I know the Moreheads are not going to be at this weeks meet on 6/6 and it looks like Beth has signed up for 5 half meets already.  If you could "reply all" to this e-mail to let me know who can fill the holes, I'd appreciate it!
