Hi Waverunners! 

I am very impressed with all the swimmers and parent voluteers at last night's meet. I wanted to send out an email to recap the meet and talk about things that went well and things we need to work on. First, I want to say thank you to all of the swimmers that stepped up and swam in an event that wasn't their favorite or swam up the the next age group for a relay. I apperciate your hard work and dedication to the swim team. One thing that I want to stress is that everyone should stay till at least event 37. Many people left last night and many relays had to be scratched due so many missing swimmers. I ask that at the next meet every swimmer should check with me before leaving. I also would like for the swimmers to stay in the designated bullpen area so that the parents are able to find the kids when it is their turn to swim. I believe next week's meet will run much smoother once we fix these small issues. Overall, I was so proud of all the swimmers. I know they all worked hard and I witnessed great sportsmanship from all of them. Thanks again for all you do!
