If have not picked up your shirt or suit, they are available for pick up at practice or at the meet.

Don't forget your drink donations! We need them for concessions tomorrow.

You will find the heat sheet attached in links on the home page. It is actually in four parts-cover, team sponsors, league sponsors, and entries. You may print at home or purchase at the meet for $1.00.

Please arrive at the meet at 4:30 for check in and warm up. There is no parking on the right side of the street going toward the pool area.

Fun Friday will be at 10:00am for all age groups. Parents, please supervise your children. It is a fun time to relax, but we need everyone to behave safely!

We still have a few open volunteer spots that must be filled. Please volunteer.
