We are so excited about a 2011 swim season!

Registration will be held at the WCA clubhouse on

SUNDAY, MARCH 27th from 2-5.

We will have suits available for sizing. This is the second year for our suits, so if you have one from last year and it still fits, no need to purchse one this year!

2010 Registration Form

GCSL Liability Waiver

Medical Release Form

Volunteer Preference Form

Original Birth Certificate (new swimmers only)

Spirit wear order form (optional)

Shark or minnow registration form (optional)

Sponsor Form (if you know any business or community sponsors)
